As NetWitness’ Chief Executive Officer, Ken leads our company’s overall growth and strategy through his strong expertise in the enterprise tech and cybersecurity space.
Ken is responsible for overseeing the innovation of NetWitness’ solutions and products as well as bolstering the company’s global footprint, providing increased value for shareholders, customers, and employees.
Over his 25-year career, Ken has served as CEO of a mix of public, private-equity, and venture-backed companies, mainly focused on social media compliance and information security. Ken has also held executive leadership positions at fast-growing companies within the vulnerability assessment and incident response industries.
Michael Colson
Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer, Michael Colson brings more than 30 years of experience in Technology and over 20 years of experience in Cybersecurity and IT Compliance.
Michael is responsible for NetWitness’ platform technology and global engineering operations. Under Michael’s leadership, NetWitness delivers cybersecurity solutions that help organizations with their cyber-defense programs.
Prior to NetWitness, Michael served as Vice President of Engineering at Fortra/Alert Logic where he was responsible for global engineering development and operations. His extensive experience in multiple security technology domains and building products for both SaaS and on-premises is instrumental in delivering NetWitness solutions.
Roman Tuma
Chief Revenue Officer

Roman is a seasoned industry veteran with over three decades of multi-faceted experience in multinational settings. With an extensive tenure of 23 years specializing in the cybersecurity sector, he offers an unparalleled fusion of strategic vision, leadership acumen, and expertise in managing high-growth, customer-centric teams.
Before his journey with Checkmarx, Roman spent 10 years at IBM, where he held a variety of executive roles. As the Vice President of IBM Security and IBM Hybrid Cloud, he commanded a broad spectrum of responsibilities spanning from sales and revenue growth to profitability and technical support. His role also included the meticulous orchestration of various strategy implementations. Over the course of his illustrious career, Roman has distinguished himself through his innovative strategic thinking, a unique strength derived from his rare blend of techno-business skills, driving exponential growth in numerous assignments. Prior to his tenure at IBM, Roman served in various key leadership and sales positions at globally recognized tech giants like Oracle, Sun Microsystems, and ActivCard. Each of these roles contributed to shaping his expansive skill set and deep industry insight.
Jacquelyn Tonelli
VP of Finance

Jacquelyn joins NetWitness as the VP of Finance/Chief Accounting Officer. She is responsible for all aspects of the accounting and financial operations including technical accounting, internal controls, financial reporting and regulatory compliance. Jacquelyn is a senior financial leader with progressive accounting experience within both the private and public business sectors.
Prior to joining NetWitness, Jacquelyn provided assurance services at a national public accounting firm specializing in technology. She later transitioned to private industry working with several Boston-based technology companies focused on growth, profitability and sustainability.
Jacquelyn received a BA from Merrimack College and a MBA from Suffolk University. She is a licensed CPA in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Jacquelyn is a member of the MSCPA and AICPA, and an advocate of women’s leadership initiatives. She and her family are based in the Greater Boston area.
Tod Ewasko
Chief Product Officer

Tod Ewasko is the Chief Product Officer for NetWitness. He oversees product management and advanced development, responsible for NetWitness’ product vision and strategy. Under Tod’s leadership, NetWitness delivers industry-leading threat detection and response solutions – helping organizations navigate an ever-evolving cyber threat landscape.
Prior to NetWitness, Tod served as Vice President of Development and Product at Civix and AccessData, where he was responsible for product strategy as well as global product support and services functions. With deep experience running SaaS-delivered software solutions, as well as expertise in incident response, automation, integration development, and user experience, Tod’s leadership drives the NetWitness product strategy.
Dave Gaik
Senior Director, Global Services

As a Senior Director of Global Services for the NetWitness product, Dave is responsible for enabling customers for success in the areas of Professional Services, Incident Response, Educational Services and Customer Support/Success. Each of these functions, under Dave’s span of responsibility, is designed around ensuring all customers receive best-in-class service through all elements of the NetWitness product.
Dave has been with NetWitness for 13 years, holding various services-related roles throughout his tenure.
Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree focused in Management Information Systems from Southern Illinois University.
Julie Burgoyne
Senior Director, Customer Services

As Senior Director of Customer Services, Julie is responsible for helping our customers achieve their successes via NetWitness’ customer service, technical support, and value-added services. Under Julie’s leadership, each of these functions has been designed to ensure customers receive best-in-class service throughout all elements of the NetWitness product.
Julie has been with NetWitness since 2009, holding various services-related roles throughout her tenure. Prior to joining NetWitness, Julie held leadership roles in the telecommunications sector including bringing new innovative products to market for Lucent Technologies and Sycamore Networks.
John Cunningham
Director, Human Resources

As the Director of Human Resources, John Cunningham leads the People Strategy for NetWitness. He joined NetWitness in 2019 as the HR Business Partner for the Products Organization after several years with EMC/Dell in a variety of HR roles. John has more than 20 years of experience across the many disciplines of HR, including business partnership, talent acquisition, change management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, workforce planning, retention and diversity/equity/inclusion.
John’s Human Resource philosophy is based on a commitment to building and supporting a fluid HR strategy which is anchored in business objectives. We achieve this by building relationships and HR programs that ensure that every individual contributor, manager, executive and team is excited about their work and career with NetWitness.
