Ken is responsible for overseeing the innovation of NetWitness’ solutions and products as well as bolstering the company’s global footprint, providing increased value for shareholders, customers, and employees.

Over his 25-year career, Ken has served as CEO of a mix of public, private-equity, and venture-backed companies, mainly focused on social media compliance and information security. Ken has also held executive leadership positions at fast-growing companies within the vulnerability assessment and incident response industries.

Roman is a seasoned industry veteran with over three decades of multi-faceted experience in multinational settings. With an extensive tenure of 23 years specializing in the cybersecurity sector, he offers an unparalleled fusion of strategic vision, leadership acumen, and expertise in managing high-growth, customer-centric teams. 

Before his journey with Checkmarx, Roman spent 10 years at IBM, where he held a variety of executive roles. As the Vice President of IBM Security and IBM Hybrid Cloud, he commanded a broad spectrum of responsibilities spanning from sales and revenue growth to profitability and technical support. His role also included the meticulous orchestration of various strategy implementations. Over the course of his illustrious career, Roman has distinguished himself through his innovative strategic thinking, a unique strength derived from his rare blend of techno-business skills, driving exponential growth in numerous assignments. Prior to his tenure at IBM, Roman served in various key leadership and sales positions at globally recognized tech giants like Oracle, Sun Microsystems, and ActivCard. Each of these roles contributed to shaping his expansive skill set and deep industry insight.

Tod Ewasko is the Chief Product Officer for NetWitness. He oversees product management and advanced development, responsible for NetWitness’ product vision and strategy. Under Tod’s leadership, NetWitness delivers industry-leading threat detection and response solutions – helping organizations navigate an ever-evolving cyber threat landscape.

Prior to NetWitness, Tod served as Vice President of Development and Product at Civix and AccessData, where he was responsible for product strategy as well as global product support and services functions. With deep experience running SaaS-delivered software solutions, as well as expertise in incident response, automation, integration development, and user experience, Tod’s leadership drives the NetWitness product strategy.

As Chief Technology Officer, Michael Colson brings more than 30 years of experience in Technology and over 20 years of experience in Cybersecurity and IT Compliance.

Michael is responsible for NetWitness’ platform technology and global engineering operations. Under Michael’s leadership, NetWitness delivers cybersecurity solutions that help organizations with their cyber-defense programs.

Prior to NetWitness, Michael served as Vice President of Engineering at Fortra/Alert Logic where he was responsible for global engineering development and operations. His extensive experience in multiple security technology domains and building products for both SaaS and on-premises is instrumental in delivering NetWitness solutions.

Will Gragido

Will Gragido

Chief Intelligence Officer

Will Gragido is the Chief Intelligence Officer for NetWitness. He began his formal journey in technology in the early 1990s when he left college and joined the United States Marine Corps. Will moved quickly ushered into the emerging world of data communications, where he received training in internetworking, information security, communications intelligence, and information warfare.

He continued to grow and develop these skills through formal and informal continued education (management consultancy, vendor-specific, and beyond) and personal growth studies. Throughout his career, Will has been a member and a leader in many of the cybersecurity industry’s most outstanding services, product, threat research intelligence organizations, including but not limited to International Network Services, Internet Security Systems (ISS), Damballa, Cassandra Security, TippingPoint DV Labs, NetWitness/ RSA NetWitness FirstWatch, Digital Shadows, Hyas, and Prevailion.

Throughout his career, Will has demonstrated and been noted for his forward-thinking approaches in strategic technology & business growth/development, his ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships, and his ability to recruit, develop and retain talent while building and leading teams. Will is a published author with three non-fiction titles to his credit related to cybercrime, espionage, and threat forecasting (predictive analytics), with another in the works. Additionally, he is a seasoned and experienced public speaker who has spoken at tier-one conferences globally and sat on the CFP selection board for threat research and malware for the RSAC USA conference. Will currently makes his home in the greater Austin, Texas area with his wife, their two youngest children, and family dogs.

Steven Baer is the Global VP of Field Sales and Services. He responsible for our Presales Systems Engineering, Professional Services, and Incident Response Teams.

Steven has been in the InfoSec industry for over 20 years starting out in banking and e-commerce then moving on to specialized technologies at RSA, Trustwave, and Dell- SecureWorks. He has also played pivotal leadership roles as executive sponsors and board advisor. He is an active participant in Infragard, The Chicago FBI Citizen’s Academy, and is on the Steering Board for the U.S. Secret Service Chicago Electronic Crimes Task Force.

Jacquelyn Tonelli

Jacquelyn Tonelli

Chief Financial Officer

Jacquelyn is the Chief Financial Officer for NetWitness. She is responsible for all aspects of the accounting and financial operations including technical accounting, internal controls, financial reporting and regulatory compliance. Jacquelyn is a senior financial leader with progressive accounting experience within both the private and public business sectors.

Prior to joining NetWitness, Jacquelyn provided assurance services at a national public accounting firm specializing in technology. She later transitioned to private industry working with several Boston-based technology companies focused on growth, profitability and sustainability.

Jacquelyn received a BA from Merrimack College and a MBA from Suffolk University. She is a licensed CPA in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Jacquelyn is a member of the MSCPA and AICPA, and an advocate of women’s leadership initiatives. She and her family are based in the Greater Boston area.

Mark Osmond serves as VP, Worldwide Partner Ecosystem for NetWitness. He oversees all facets of our indirect business units including Resellers, Service Providers, Alliances and Distribution strategy.

With over two decades of global partner experience, he focuses on the core mission of being easy to do business with. In addition, Mark specializes in developing new routes to market, such as cloud adoption for the partner community to leverage.

Prior to Netwitness, Mark held partner-oriented leadership roles in the Cyber, Data Management and Telecoms sectors all contributing to his diverse global focus on growing the software industry.

Kristine is a results motivated marketer with over two decades of experience in driving revenue growth for leading organizations. As a seasoned Vice President of Marketing, Kristine has built numerous marketing teams with focus on customer retention, brand equity, pipeline generation and perfecting the Marketing tech stack.

Kristine has spearheaded numerous marketing initiatives at companies such as Dell Technologies, UKG, Everbridge and most recently, Immersive Labs. Her blend of creativity with data-driven insights has led to the development and leadership of highly effective marketing teams.

In her current capacity as Vice President of Global Marketing at NetWitness, Kristine leads the charge in propelling the company to new heights through cutting-edge global marketing initiatives. Her strategic vision and hands-on approach have consistently resulted in driving growth, fostering brand loyalty, and positioning organizations for sustained success.

As a Senior Director of Global Services for the NetWitness product, Dave is responsible for enabling customers for success in the areas of Professional Services, Incident Response, Educational Services and Customer Support/Success. Each of these functions, under Dave’s span of responsibility, is designed around ensuring all customers receive best-in-class service through all elements of the NetWitness product.

Dave has been with NetWitness for 13 years, holding various services-related roles throughout his tenure.

Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree focused in Management Information Systems from Southern Illinois University.

Julie has been with NetWitness since 2009, holding various services-related roles throughout her tenure. Prior to joining NetWitness, Julie held leadership roles in the telecommunications sector including bringing new innovative products to market for Lucent Technologies and Sycamore Networks.

Nick Calovich

Nick Calovich

Director of Human Resources

Nick Calovich is the Director of Human Resources for NetWitness. He is a dynamic HR leader with substantial global experience. Nick embarked on his professional HR journey in Tokyo, Japan, where he laid the groundwork for his HR expertise.

His career path led him to the role of International Director of HR at Arezzo and Co., a prominent global fashion and manufacturing company. Beginning when the company had a modest staff of about 29 individuals in the US, Nick played a pivotal part in steering its growth to encompass over 500 US employees. His remit covered the formulation of global HR policies and a close partnership with senior leadership on multifaceted HR initiatives. These spanned performance management, employee relations, organizational design, and recruitment.

In a preceding role as an HR Manager at Hunter Boots, Nick adeptly managed a diverse team of five while overseeing a considerable workforce spanning the US and Canada. This experience empowered him to optimize policies, establish robust systems, and foster an astute comprehension of the intricacies of global HR dynamics. Nick’s initial years in consulting served as a solid bedrock for his HR expertise. Currently, Nick resides in Avon, Connecticut, with his wife and three children. Beyond his professional commitments, he finds fulfillment in coaching youth soccer and pursuing his passion for running.
