NetWitness Partners with B&A to Strengthen Public-Sector Cybersecurity

Combined offering pairs NetWitness technology with B&A’s systems integration expertise to protect government missions and critical infrastructure

McLean, Va., October 13, 2026 – B&A, a leading information technology solutions provider serving the U.S. public sector, today announced a strategic partnership with NetWitness, a cybersecurity company specializing in threat detection and investigation technologies and incident response services.

The partnership combines B&A’s mission-focused engineering, systems integration, and public-sector delivery capabilities with the NetWitness cybersecurity platform and services. Together, the companies will help government agencies and organizations responsible for critical infrastructure strengthen security across information technology (IT) and operational technology (OT) environments.

As part of the partnership, NetWitness technology, including its OT security capabilities, will be integrated into B&A’s cybersecurity and engineering solutions. This will enable B&A to incorporate advanced threat detection and OT visibility into broader modernization and mission technology programs.

As government agencies modernize infrastructure and increasingly connect operational environments with enterprise networks and cloud systems, the convergence of IT and OT is creating new security challenges. The combined offering is designed to help public-sector organizations strengthen security across these environments while protecting the availability, and resilience of mission-critical operations.

“Public-sector organizations need more than advanced cybersecurity technology. They need engineering and integration expertise to operationalize those capabilities within complex mission environments,” said Jonathan Evans, President and CEO of B&A. “Our partnership with NetWitness expands B&A’s ability bring advanced threat detection, network intelligence and OT visibility together with the systems engineering and mission expertise our customers rely on. Together, we will help our customers improve visibility, reduce operational risk, and build greater resilience across increasingly interconnected environments.”

“B&A has deep expertise and relationships across the U.S. public sector, making them a strong partner for NetWitness,” said Steve Tcherchian, CEO of NetWitness. “This partnership expands our reach across the public sector and gives more government organizations access to NetWitness through a partner that understands their environments and mission.”

The partnership reflects both organizations’ commitment to securing the systems and infrastructure on which government missions and essential public services depend.
