Rohit Ghai is Chief Executive Officer of RSA, a leader in cybersecurity and risk management solutions that provides organizations with technology to address challenges across security, risk management and fraud prevention in the digital era. In this role, he drives strategy and execution across all businesses to deliver value to customers, partners and investors while nurturing a collaborative and customer-centric culture.
Ghai also serves as the General Manager of the RSA NetWitness and SecurID Business Units which helps global organizations enhance their cyber resilience and address emerging cyber threats. He regularly advises global customers on their digital and security transformation initiatives and is often cited in broadcast and print media on topics like data privacy, content management, information governance, digital risk and cybersecurity.
Prior to the September 2020 acquisition of RSA, Ghai served as president of RSA during its tenure as a Dell Technologies business. Previously, he served as president of Dell EMC’s Enterprise Content Division (ECD), where he was instrumental in setting a compelling vision, transforming go-to-market and revitalizing the portfolio for the digital era through strategic partnerships and acquisitions. Ghai was responsible for all aspects of the ECD business, including sales and services, channel strategy, product development, marketing, finance, support and customer success. He joined Dell EMC in December 2009 to run product development and was chief operating officer of ECD prior to becoming president.
Ghai has experience in both startup and big company settings, with expertise in digital transformation in highly regulated markets, and knowledge across software, systems and security. He joined Dell EMC from Symantec, where he held a variety of senior engineering and general management roles. Previously, he was at Computer Associates (CA) in a number of senior management roles in the BrightStor and eTrust business units, and led the CA India operations as chief technology officer. Ghai joined CA through the acquisition of Cheyenne Software, a startup in the backup and data protection space.
Ghai holds a master’s degree in computer science from the University of South Carolina and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee.

As the Director of Human Resources, John Cunningham leads the People Strategy for NetWitness. He joined RSA in 2019 as the HR Business Partner for the Products Organization after several years with EMC/Dell in a variety of HR roles. John has more than 20 years of experience across the many disciplines of HR, including business partnership, talent acquisition, change management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, workforce planning, retention and diversity/equity/inclusion.
John’s Human Resource philosophy is based on a commitment to building and supporting a fluid HR strategy which is anchored in business objectives. We achieve this by building relationships and HR programs that ensure that every individual contributor, manager, executive and team is excited about their work and career with NetWitness.

Jacquelyn joins NetWitness as the VP of Finance/Chief Accounting Officer. She is responsible for all aspects of the accounting and financial operations including technical accounting, internal controls, financial reporting and regulatory compliance. Jacquelyn is a senior financial leader with progressive accounting experience within both the private and public business sectors.
Prior to joining NetWitness, Jacquelyn provided assurance services at a national public accounting firm specializing in technology. She later transitioned to private industry working with several Boston-based technology companies focused on growth, profitability and sustainability.
Jacquelyn received a BA from Merrimack College and a MBA from Suffolk University. She is a licensed CPA in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Jacquelyn is a member of the MSCPA and AICPA, and an advocate of women’s leadership initiatives. She and her family are based in the Greater Boston area.

Dave Govan is the Global Chief Revenue Officer for NetWitness leading all customer-facing functions including Sales, Channel, Professional Services, Customer Support, Customer Success and Sales Operations. In his role, Dave has established a customer-first approach externally and a collaborative, empowerment-centric approach internally. Previously, Dave was Vice President of RSA Sales and Channels for the Americas, supporting his organization as it achieved the total revenue targets.
Prior to joining RSA, Dave was Vice President of Sales within the Big Data, IoT and Analytics Division of Hitachi Vantara. Prior to joining Hitachi, Dave served as Chief Revenue Officer for two early-stage SaaS growth companies and sales leadership roles at VeriSign, Oracle and DEC. In addition, Dave founded and operated a strategic advisory business for five years helping Technology founders create go-to-market strategies and resolve sales and marketing execution issues.
Dave’s professional development includes training by Dr. Jeff Spencer, former Olympian and Author of Champion’s Blueprint, and completion of Executive Training Programs with Dr. Noel Tichy, Director of the University of Michigan’s Global Leadership Program at Babson College’s Executive Education Center.

Lalitha Gunturi serves as Head of Legal for NetWitness as well as Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary for RSA.
As Head of Legal, Lalitha is responsible for all aspects of legal services to support the day-to-day needs of the business, as well as strategic initiatives.
Lalitha has more than 15 years of legal experience in the technology industry, with a strong background in licensing and intellectual property law, as well as commercial negotiation, corporate governance, data privacy, ethics & compliance programs, employment, litigation matters and M&A.
Prior to joining RSA, Lalitha was Associate General Counsel at Arbor Networks, where she led the legal team and served as a corporate generalist. She began her legal career as an IP associate at Goodwin Procter LLP and went on to work as in-house counsel at various technology companies.
Lalitha earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a JD from Boston University School of Law.
Outside of work, Lalitha remains active on boards in both her local community and with bar associations.

As a Senior Director of Global Services for the NetWitness product, Dave is responsible for enabling customers for success in the areas of Professional Services, Incident Response, Educational Services and Customer Support/Success. Each of these functions, under Dave’s span of responsibility, is designed around ensuring all customers receive best-in-class service through all elements of the NetWitness product.
Dave has been with RSA for 13 years, holding various services-related roles throughout his tenure.
Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree focused in Management Information Systems from Southern Illinois University.
