The Professional Services Group is part of the Customer Success Organization within NetWitness and represents a key part of the delivery model and responsibility for advancement of the usage of the NetWitness platform across our customer base and partner community.
NetWitness Professional Services provide Engineering, Consulting and Operational Support to customers in three modes: remote, on-site or through strategic partnerships. Our experience and credibility accumulated from engagements across multiple industries and various company sizes ensures the highest levels of service and expertise are delivered in order to meet the ever-expanding network security monitoring and analytical requirements of our customers.
Engineering Services support the full product lifecycle from initial Design to Standard and Bundled Implementation Services, and Upgrade and Tuning Services (part of Maintenance Plus).
Consulting Services elevate and advance the interaction of NetWitness products across the entire enterprise through customer-defined engagements, including:

- Use-Case Workshop
- Discovery Analysis
- Custom Tools
- Custom Content
- SDK Development
Available as subscription and project-based services.
Operations Services are designed to ensure customers have the resources to maximize their use of NetWitness through Long Term Engagements, Staff Augmentation and Managed/Co-Managed Services.
